Using a new Phil Wood Classic Track Cog and then refinish it in cerakote to deliver a final product with the timeless design of Phil Wood cogs along with the properties of cerkote which doesn't chip or crack unlike paint or powder coating.
Phil Wood & Co. track cogs are machined out of US-produced steel. They are triple heat-treated to maximum hardness for strength and durability. They are available in 1/8" widths and the threading is 1.370" x 24 tpi.
We'll be ramping up offerings in 2025 of different components and patterns and occasionally revisiting more popular patterns and colors. If you happen to miss out on a drop or want to have matching components one of the benefits of cerakote is that unless we explicitly use a custom color we'll always be able to match identically.
